COUCH TO 10K. FROM ACTUAL ZERO.
Heading out is hard.
Coming back feels great.
Runni takes you from the couch to 10K with a plan that starts where you are, a voice that tells you when to run and when to walk, and Cubi, who used to be team couch, too.
Paris and London, free. Coming soon to iPhone.
couch
okay, fine. Let’s go.”
Of every 100 people who start running, 73 quit.
It’s not on them.
It’s on the plan.
Most people drop out between week 2 and week 5, right when it gets hardest. Runni is built for those weeks.
finishquitwith Runni, that’s the goal
- Was it tough? You repeat with a bridge week. No drama.
- Something hurts? Cubi sends you to rest. You come first.
- Was it easy? You can skip ahead, carefully.
Only 27.3% of people finish a Couch to 5K plan (IJERPH, 2023). Runni uses that NHS plan and adds a safety net.
You head out.
Runni keeps
the pace.
A voice tells you when to run and when to walk. This is how your first week starts: a little running, a little walking. Want to try it? It takes one minute.
Stand up and jog in place. Turn the volume up: the coach talks.
READY
First: run
done! +1 day in your week
That’s how it starts. In 9 weeks, that minute becomes 30. And those 30 become your first 5K. Then, the 10K.
You’re 38.
And your body?
Answer three questions and we’ll estimate your fitness age with the HUNT study model (NTNU, Norway), validated with more than 4,600 people. It’s the number Runni helps you bring down, week by week.
You’ve been challenged.
- No stress test or watch needed.
- In the app, it gets sharper with your pulse (using the camera) or your Apple Watch.
- Every Sunday, you see how much it moved.

Shall we find out?
You, 38.
You could take a few years off your body.
It’s an estimate with a margin of error, not a diagnosis.
It’s not all
about legs.
From zero to 100 push-ups, 100 squats and 150 crunches. Sessions of 10 to 12 minutes, on the days you don’t run. Tap Cubi and he’ll count with you.
Cubi wasn’t born doing planks, either.
One day you head out.
Another day you repeat.
And something sparks.
Your streak grows by weeks, not days: with 3 days of movement, the week is locked in. Running, walking or strength. Rest has its place, too.
Try it: pick your 3 days this week.

About $2.50 a month.
You save 37% compared with paying monthly.
- No card and no account needed to start.
- We never cut you off mid-week: if you reach London on a Tuesday, you finish your week for free.
- Your history and your data are always yours, whether you pay or not.
- Invite someone and when they train for 2 weeks, you both get a free month.

What if I’ve never run?
That’s what we’re here for. Runni starts at your level and mixes walking with running. Answer one question and in under a minute you’re in your first session.
How much does it cost?
Paris and London are free, with everything included (about 19 miles, your first 3 weeks). After that, $3.99 a month, or with the yearly plan, $29.99 a year. All through your Apple ID. We never charge you by surprise or mid-week.
Do I have to train every day?
No. Your streak adds up by weeks, with three different days of movement. There are never two runs on back-to-back days: rest is part of the plan.
What if something hurts?
Tell Runni “something hurts” and it sends you to rest for two days, without losing your streak. If a week was really tough, you repeat it with a bridge week. You first, then the plan.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No, your iPhone is enough. If you have an Apple Watch, you can train from your wrist and your fitness age gets sharper with its VO₂ max.
When can I download it?
We’re getting ready to launch on iPhone. Join the waitlist and we’ll let you know: the first people on the list get into the beta.

is heading out together.
